1. Introduction

Skail Consulting LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) runs skailstudio.com. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site or send us an inquiry, what we do with it, and how long we keep it.

2. Information We Collect

What the contact form collects:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or team, if you fill it in
• The service you are interested in, picked from the list on the form
• Your message, which is the project details you write

All of it is typed or chosen by you. We do not ask for payment details, and we ask you not to put passwords or sensitive personal information in the message.

What your browser sends automatically:

• Standard request details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our hosting provider (Fly.io) processes to serve the site
• Usage measurements described in Section 5

3. How We Use Your Information

We use what you send only to read and answer your inquiry, scope the work you ask about, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising to third parties.

4. Where Your Details Go

Your message is stored by Nowlark Forms, a form service run by Skail Consulting LLC, which emails it to us. No other company receives it.

5. Analytics

We use Google’s measurement tools, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and how many visitors send an inquiry. When you send one, the page records one anonymous “inquiry sent” event. It carries no name, email or message text.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, no analytics or advertising cookies are set on your device. For everyone else, Google may set analytics and advertising cookies. Ad personalization is off for every visitor, so those cookies are never used to show you personalized ads.

Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block it with your browser’s tracking controls or an extension, and the site still works.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are kept in Nowlark Forms for 24 months from the date you send them, then deleted. If you want yours removed sooner, email hello@skailstudio.com and we will delete it. Correspondence we exchange by email afterwards is kept for as long as the project or conversation needs it.

7. Data Security

Pages and form submissions travel over HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is limited to Skail Consulting LLC. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email hello@skailstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

9. Children’s Privacy

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us details, email hello@skailstudio.com and we will delete them.

10. International Users

Skail Consulting LLC is based in the United States, and this site and the service that stores form submissions are hosted there. If you contact us from outside the United States, your details are transferred to and stored in the United States. By sending an inquiry you agree to that transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, the date at the top changes with it.
