The Work.

First, what our own SEO agent did for a client. Then four projects our founder led in telecom and e-commerce before Skail. Each has the problem, what got built, and the number it moved.

A product page that turns more visitors into leads

Cybersecurity software · SEO

3.9× the lead rate on its main product page

The problem
A B2B cybersecurity company’s main product page drew thousands of visits, and almost none became leads: 4 from 5,041 visits in 90 days.
What was built
PageSoar, our SEO agent, read the company’s site and its Google search and traffic data. Over two weeks it rewrote how the page appears in Google for the buyers it serves, described its images, and fixed how Google and LinkedIn show it, then did the same on the pricing page. Every change could be undone in one click and was checked against the leads that came in over the next 30 days.
What it moved
The product page’s lead rate went from 0.08% to 0.31%, with 7 leads from 2,270 visits in the 30 days after. The pricing page’s went from 0.26% to 0.43%. Lead counts are small and search rankings did not rise, so the gain is in how the pages convert, not in traffic.

The first AI sales assistant in major telecom

Telecom · AI

11,800 new customer sales a month at full rollout

The problem
Telecom has strict rules on what a salesperson may say, and an assistant that gets in the way loses orders. It had to sell inside those rules and still get more shoppers to order.
What was built
An AI sales assistant on the online store, built with a vendor partner. Our founder set what it could and could not say, took it through compliance, designed the test and made the call to launch it and then scale it up. Our founder’s team connected it to the store and built the secure link that passes customer data to it.
What it moved
In a six-week test on one visitor in five, it made 1,097 sales, and shoppers who saw it ordered 2.7% more often than shoppers who did not. It then went to every visitor, and now brings about 11,800 new customer sales a month.

A checkout that converts more shoppers

Telecom · Checkout

39% more online orders a quarter

The problem
Every order for home internet, TV or phone service placed online goes through one checkout, and it was converting 17.9% of the shoppers who started it.
What was built
Pricing, content and flow tailored at each step, prototyped with AI agents so working versions reached the team in hours instead of days. The redesign reached every shopper only after it beat the old checkout in a side-by-side test on live traffic.
What it moved
The share of shoppers who finished checkout went from 17.9% to 22.2% in two quarters, and quarterly online orders rose 39%, to 390K.

Shipping tools that sellers run their business on

E-commerce · Seller tools

$1.4B in added sales

The problem
Marketplace sellers run their business on the platform’s tools, and they paid third-party warehouses to store and ship their orders.
What was built
Tools that let sellers’ own software book shipping, then live stock counts and a lookup of which warehouse holds each item, so one order could ship from more than one warehouse.
What it moved
The shipping tools added $1.4B in sales and cut third-party warehouse costs 15%. Within a quarter, 6.7% of marketplace orders shipped from more than one warehouse.

A homepage that sells

E-commerce · Homepage

$17M in annualized sales

The problem
The homepage had to earn more sales, and every change to it had to prove itself on live shoppers first.
What was built
A redesign of the Market page on the homepage, and a new gift finder beside it. Each was tested side by side against the old version, and only the winners shipped.
What it moved
Shoppers bought 0.97% more often from the redesigned Market page than from the old one, worth $17M a year. Shoppers given the gift finder opened more listings and were more likely to order again within 30 days.
